Dr. Hassan Jafary is a board certified Internal Medicine physician with over 25 years of patient care. He is a certified Medical Review Officer. Tammy is a Certified Nurse Practitioner and she works with both doctors to provide primary care services to clinic patients. She has more than 15 years experience in the clinic and helps with hospital inpatient services.
Tammy has worked for many years with Dr. Jafary and Dr. Powers and manages their women’s healthcare as well as helping them see the hospital patients. She has a vast knowledge of many health issues and can help you get on the road to recovery.
Dr. William Powers
Dr. William Powers is a Board Certified Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Doctor. He has been practicing medicine for over 30 years in Michigan and West Virginia. He is also trained to treat addiction. Dr. Powers treats patients in the clinic, hospital and nursing homes.
Dr. Powers has decades of experience in lung disease management. He can manage acute and chronic lung illness such as COPD, asthma, and bronchitis. He works with Tammy and Dr. Jafary as a team to provide high quality healthcare to patients in the medical clinic, hospital, and nursing homes.
